Warsaw Breweries (Echo Investment SA)

Echo Investment SA is the largest Polish developer with extensive experience in the main sectors of the real estate market: residential, commercial and service, office and hotel. The company is involved in projects that fit into the urban fabric and complement it. The flagship project is Warsaw Breweries, which were built in the heart of the fastest growing district of Warsaw. The construction of Browary Warszawskie began in 2016. The almost empty plot of 4.4 ha has become a fully-fledged, living part of the city, with three modern office buildings, five residential buildings and four historical buildings: the Malthouse, the Storage Cellars, the Fabrykanta Villa and the Laboratory.

Warsaw Breweries, as the only Polish project this year, were nominated for the prestigious MIPIM Awards. The city-forming complex built by Echo Investment has a chance to win a statuette in the Best Mixed-Use Development category.
