We invite all institutions interested in the development of tourism and the promotion of Warsaw to join the WOT.

• Step 1. Download from the website and fill it out membership declaration and information about the potential member (.pdf) 
• Step 2. Send us by e-mail/post the completed documents with a short description of your business and the reasons why you want to join WOT, along with a recommendation from two current members of the Association (from the area of activity declaring membership). In accordance with the resolution of the WOT Program Council, please also attach to the completed documents certificates of no arrears in fees to the Tax Office, the Social Insurance Institution and the Warsaw City Hall.
• Step 3. Acceptance of membership takes place by a vote of the Board of the Warsaw Tourist Organization.

We will inform you about the voting results.

Membership in WOT means:

• belonging to a strong and stable tourism organization that has a significant impact on the industry and the City Hall;
• the opportunity to collaborate and network with key industry representatives and maintain working contact with the Warsaw authorities;
• the possibility of business development through synergy with the offers of other WOT members;
• the possibility of cooperation with partners from the same sector in working teams (e.g. cooperation between hotels and PCOs in the MICE working team, cooperation between cultural institutions and hotel concierges in the Visit the Museum after Work programme, etc.).
