GDPR Information Clause

Since 25 May 2018, Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data (GDPR) has been in force.

Information clause regarding the processing of personal data at the Warsaw Tourist Organization:

  1. The administrator of your personal data is the Warsaw Tourist Organisation, hereinafter referred to as:"Administrator". You can contact the Administrator by writing to the following address: Pl. Defilad 1 (9th floor, rooms 937, 938, 946), 00-901 Warsaw, e-mail: office@wot.waw.pl
  2. We process your data solely for the purpose of sending newsletters of the Warsaw Tourist Organisation (the basis for data processing is the implementation of our legitimate interests as administrator in the form of communication with website users).
  3. Your data will be processed no longer than necessary to send newsletters or to respond to you, and after that time may be processed for the limitation period of any claims.
  4. Providing your data is voluntary, but necessary to send you the newsletter or answer your question.
  5. If the processing of personal data is based on your consent to the processing of personal data (Article 6, paragraph 1, letter a of the GDPR), you have the right to withdraw this consent at any time. Such withdrawal does not affect the compliance of the processing – which was carried out on the basis of consent before its withdrawal – with applicable law.
  6. You have the right to request access to your personal data, its rectification, deletion or restriction of processing, the right to object to the processing, as well as the right to transfer your data and lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority.
