Here you will find offers to make classes conducted as part of distance learning more attractive, prepared by Warsaw museums and galleries. The offer includes both online lessons and workshops, shows and presentations for students of all grades, both primary and secondary. This is a great way to enrich school classes or home learning in the conditions of COVID-19.
Online lessons are a chance for children and young people to supplement their knowledge, but also to contact specialists from cultural institutions. The classes are conducted by experienced educators.

Museum of Modern Art in Warsaw
The Museum of Modern Art in Warsaw team invites people who teach and create educational environments to open meetings, during which we will get to know each other better. During their shifts, the Museum employees will present educational opportunities created for school and organized groups.
Modern art allows us to stimulate our imagination, express emotions, discuss current problems and seek new solutions. We want to share our work methods and tools – especially those developed during the pandemic.

SCHOOL IN A MUSEUM – SOMETHING IN COMMON
This year's WARSAW UNDER CONSTRUCTION Festival shifts the focus from the buildings, streets and squares of Warsaw to the relationships and needs of individuals and communities. We will meet to talk about what unites us and what does it mean that we have something in common?
PALM OF WARSAW – MEETINGS FOR SCHOOLS AND ORGANIZED GROUPS
During meetings for schools and organized groups, we will look at art in public space, and the starting point will be the work "Greetings from Alej Jerozolimskie" by Joanna Rajkowska, i.e. the famous Warsaw Palm, which turns 18 this year.
SCHOOL IN THE MUSEUM – ART FOR THE EARTH
Artists have long been attentive and concerned about the changes taking place on our planet. The art they create gives us other tools to talk and act in relation to what surrounds us. Air, water and Earth – these are also things we have in common.
Fryderyk Chopin National Institute
Online lessons are meetings with experienced educators that give you the opportunity to get to know Fryderyk Chopin and his work better. We look at the most famous Polish composer from various perspectives: childhood, place of birth, favorite instrument, inspiration from the culture of the Polish countryside, and even through the prism of portraits. The meetings are always accompanied by music. Elementary schools: grades I-III: Our colleague Frycek, In the world of small forms. Grades IV-VI: Chopin in the Polish countryside, Chopin in Warsaw. Grades VII-VIII: Workshop of a young art critic, With Fryderyk in the stagecoach. High school, technical school: Chopin and Mickiewicz in romantic narratives, The Polish court in culture.
POLIN Museum of the History of Polish Jews
We invite you to online classes, thanks to which you can find yourself, via your computer, in one of the most interesting museums in Warsaw, the POLIN Museum of the History of Polish Jews.
Online workshops are short, intensive classes that engage students in a variety of activities. We focus on interactions, asking questions, and teaching critical thinking. We use new technologies during the meetings. We watch fragments of films and podcasts together, solve quizzes, and discuss in smaller groups. The classes are led by educators experienced in conducting distance education. The classes are designed for all levels of primary and secondary school.

Royal Łazienki Museum
We encourage both students and teachers to use the virtual resources of the Royal Łazienki Museum. In the tab Teacher Materials we present worksheets for use in Polish and English, history and art history lessons.

Museum of Warsaw
Virtual museum lessons are a chance to get to know Warsaw without leaving school or home. We implement them in two ways: in the form of video lessons recorded in the museum spaces or conducted live on the ZOOM platform by educators. Lessons in the form of films produced in the spaces of the Museum of Warsaw are a proposal for children who prefer to complete the task at their own pace. The film allows for calm assimilation of the content. Each lesson is accompanied by cards with tasks. Online lessons conducted live are meetings that engage the group, in which we focus on interaction. Using technology, we propose interesting educational forms, including: puzzles, quizzes, presentations and watching fragments of films together.
Museum of Life in the Polish People's Republic
The Museum of Life in the Polish People's Republic invites you to an online lesson combined with a tour of the museum space. "PRL in a nutshell" is a lesson during which students will learn the basics of what the Polish People's Republic was, how it began, how people lived and how the political transformation took place. Our guide will show you around the museum space and the exhibits shown will be a pretext or supplement to the story told. Our guide will engage students in an attractive way to actively participate in the lesson and answer questions. Duration of the lesson: 40 minutes. Cost: PLN 150. Limit: 30 people. Form: ZOOM platform in two variants:
• the whole class in front of one multimedia screen

National Museum in Warsaw
We invite you to online museum lessons. Students will meet live with an art historian with many years of experience in conducting classes. The instructor will talk to participants about art, history and based on works from the MNW collections. During the meeting, we will use presentations and quizzes to make the classes engaging. We propose meeting topics that will help you implement the curriculum. Each lesson will be tailored to the needs of your class. We invite students and teachers from all over Poland and the world to the classes. Warsaw Uprising Museum
The Warsaw Uprising Museum Virtual Academy is a response to the pandemic by one of the most popular Polish museums. Teachers can order fascinating history lessons online led by true enthusiasts. "Who were the conspirators?", "Poets of the fighting capital," "Polish intelligence during World War II," and "The Uprising in a flowered blouse. About women in the Warsaw Uprising" are just a few of the 30 topics that can be signed up for via the form on the Warsaw Uprising Museum website. The offer consists of two segments: online museum lessons and "Let's go to history" classes. Various teaching tools and materials are used during virtual meetings.
Zachęta - National Gallery of Art
We invite organized groups from schools to virtual workshops around 3D exhibitions and works from the Zachęta collection. We believe that art can be a great tool for expressing one's views and emotions, and in a difficult period of isolation it helps maintain social bonds. We propose creative activities using the simplest, easy-to-organize art materials.
Royal Castle in Warsaw - Museum
“Royal school online” are lessons conducted by educators live, on the zoom platform. We offer 16 topics for primary and secondary schools. The instructors refer to the core curriculum, talk to students about topics from history, art and culture based on works of art located in the Castle using various engaging tools, e.g. quizzes.
