About us

We are a public-private association initiated by the Capital City of Warsaw. Warsaw Tourism Organization brings together entities operating in the broadly understood tourism industry in Warsaw (tourism organizers, event agencies, hotels, conference facilities, cultural institutions, restaurants). One of the most important tasks of the Association is to support the promotion of Warsaw as a tourist and business-conference destination by creating tourist products in cooperation with the Association Members. Within WOT, there is a department Warsaw Convention Bureau responsible for acquiring international congresses and conferences for Warsaw.

Mateusz Czerwinski

Chairman of the Board

He began his career in the meetings industry in 2008, working for MICE agencies, implementing conferences and incentive events in Poland and abroad. He was one of the first in Poland to implement solutions from the BS 8901 sustainable meetings standard in his events. Since 2010, he has been responsible for planning and implementing marketing activities for Warsaw as a meeting destination, contacts with international clients, overseeing local MICE market research, and collaborating with the Warsaw academic community at the Warsaw Convention Bureau. From 2015 to 2018, he served as Director of the Warsaw CvB Department at the Warsaw Tourist Organization. From June 2018, he served as Vice President of WOT, becoming President of the organization's Management Board in November 2024. From 2016 to 2018, he served on the first Management Board of Site Poland. Three times (2019, 2024, 2025) awarded the title of one of the "100 Most Influential People in the Event Industry".

Barbara Paszkowska

Office Manager

Graduate of Polish Philology with specialization in editorial and media at Maria Curie-Skłodowska University in Lublin. She gained her experience in both media and advertising agencies and international financial corporations. She has been working at the Warsaw Tourism Organization since 2013, responsible for organizing the office, cooperation with the Management Board and the Program Council, and cooperation with members of the association.

Leisure & MICE Marketing Director

A graduate of the Jagiellonian University - Faculty of Management and Social Communication. He also completed postgraduate studies "Modern Promotion" at the Warsaw School of Economics and at the University of Warsaw "Territorial Marketing - promotion of the development of regions and cities". Associated with tourism from the beginning of his professional career. He gained experience in the national tourist organization.

Agata Rybkiewicz

Starszy Koordynator Projektów

A graduate of Italian Philology at the University of Warsaw, she began her career at ENIT – the Italian National Tourism Organization, where she was responsible for destination promotion and cooperation with the tourism industry and the media. She then worked for over a dozen years in the events industry, implementing business and cultural projects in Poland and abroad. She organized conferences, business and cultural events, and concert tours. She was also responsible for the sale of technical event support and scenography services. Since 2024, she has worked at the Warsaw Tourism Organization. She coordinates projects promoting Warsaw as a tourist destination and MICE, and organizes industry events.

Iwona Kubicka

Project Coordinator

A graduate of the Jagiellonian University - Faculty of Law and Administration. From the beginning of her professional career closely associated with the world of tourism and hotel industry.
Her last professional experience was in the MICE and Incentive industry. As a project manager for the DMC project management company, she was responsible for the comprehensive organization of meetings as well as conferences and events. At the Warsaw Tourism Organization, she coordinates projects related to MICE, helping clients, among others, to choose the right spaces for their events in Warsaw.

Project Coordinator

Graduate of Tourism and Recreation at the Józef Piłsudski University of Physical Education in Warsaw. He gained experience in a regional tourist organization, where he was responsible for planning and implementing promotional activities.
He has been associated with the Warsaw Tourism Organization since 2025, where he coordinates projects promoting Warsaw as a tourist and business destination.

Project Coordinator

A graduate of the University of Physical Education in Warsaw, majoring in Tourism and Recreation, she also graduated from the Universidad Católica San Antonio de Murcia in Spain, where she completed a degree in Hotel Management. From the beginning of her professional career, she has been involved in the tourism industry, gaining experience in travel agencies, hotels, and working as a tour guide abroad.

She has been associated with the Warsaw Tourist Organization since 2025. She is responsible for coordinating projects promoting the capital as an attractive travel destination for both individual tourists and business guests.

Barbara Kawka

Online Marketing Specialist

A graduate of European Studies at the University of Warsaw and Strategic Management at the Leon Kozminski Academy. She gained professional experience by working on a grant project, as well as in many other projects in which she participated during her education. At the Warsaw Tourism Organization since October 2024, she has held the position of Online Marketing Specialist. Her mission is to promote the beauty and attractions of Warsaw, encourage exploration of the city and share valuable tips for tourists and residents.

A tourism and recreation student at the Józef Piłsudski University of Physical Education in Warsaw, he gained experience at PCO, where he was responsible for coordinating international conferences held in Poland.

He has been associated with the Warsaw Tourism Organization since 2025, where he coordinates projects promoting Warsaw as a tourist and business destination.

Dominika Kurowska

Specjalistka ds. turystyki i promocji

Absolwentka Szkoły Głównej Gospodarstwa Wiejskiego w Warszawie na kierunku Turystyka i rekreacja. Od ponad dekady związana z branżą turystyczną i hotelarską, gdzie zdobywała doświadczenie w marketingu, komunikacji i projektowaniu treści wizualnych. W codziennej pracy łączy strategiczne myślenie z praktycznymi umiejętnościami, od tworzenia kampanii online po montaż wideo i projektowanie graficzne.

Do Warszawskiej Organizacji Turystycznej dołączyła w styczniu 2026 roku jako specjalistka ds. turystyki i promocji. Jej celem jest pokazywanie Warszawy jako miasta pełnego życia, historii oraz miejsc i wydarzeń, które inspirują zarówno mieszkańców, jak i gości. Tworzy treści, które nie tylko informują, ale przede wszystkim zachęcają do odkrywania stolicy z ciekawością i zaangażowaniem.

Agata Stasiak

Specjalista ds. analizy danych

Studiowała socjologię na Wydziale Filozofii i Socjologii Uniwersytetu Warszawskiego. Karierę rozpoczęła przy pracy w niezależnych projektach badania opinii publicznej na zlecenie m. in. Uniwersytetu Warszawskiego i Stołecznej Estrady. Następnie przez kilkanaście lat pracowała w międzynarodowej korporacji badań rynku. Zajmowała się przetwarzaniem, analizą i interpretacją danych konsumenckich dla rynków Europy i Świata.

Do zespołu Warszawskiej Organizacji Turystycznej dołączyła w styczniu 2026 roku jako specjalistka ds. analizy danych. Odpowiada za wykorzystanie danych turystycznych na potrzeby projektowania działań marketingowych i monitorowania rozwoju turystyki w Warszawie.

Jarek Zuzga

Visual designer

Graphic designer and photographer with strong ties to Warsaw. A journalism graduate from the University of Warsaw, he gained experience at Bauer Publishing House and Bonnier Business Polska, among others. Winner of the National Geographic Grand Photography Competition, he is the creator of the "Window to Warsaw" and "Warsaw Slow Design" brands, which showcase the capital from an unconventional, authentic perspective. He designs for major hotels, museums, and cultural institutions.
