The Museum of the History of Polish Jews is a modern centre of education and culture, a platform for social dialogue offering a wide range of programme activities and promoting new standards of contact with history. In addition to the main exhibition devoted to the thousand-year history of Jews in Poland, the innovative facility houses a restaurant, gallery, information centre on Jewish culture and a media club. The Museum building houses a modern, multimedia Conference Centre "Muranów" enabling extensive conference activities. The Museum is located in the heart of the former Jewish district, opposite the Monument to the Ghetto Heroes.
