4th edition of networking workshops for members of the Warsaw Tourist Organization

As previously announced, we would like to inform you that on September 22, 2021 will be organized 4th edition of networking workshops for members of the Warsaw Tourist Organization. The meeting will take place at PGE Narodowy (La Cantine hall) from 9:00 to 15:00.

The aim of the workshops is to exchange information and experiences related to the commercialization of Warsaw's tourist offer. Since our last meeting in 2019, 26 new companies, cultural institutions, and attractions have joined our Association. All of them were included in the selection criteria appropriate to the specialization in which they operate.

Deadline for submitting applications expires on September 14th at 4:00 PM

  • Participation in the workshops is free of charge and only WOT members can participate.
  • A maximum of two people from one company can participate in the event.
  • All representatives of a given company should register in the system, but meetings should be selected from one account so as not to duplicate selections for one company.
  • After logging in to the WOT website, each member of the Association selects the companies they want to meet.
  • The workshops are held in the form of table conversations – speed dating formula (10-12 minute time slots)
  • The agenda includes 24 ten-minute time slots, so you can choose a maximum of 24 companies to meet with. Please remember that the format of the meeting allows for conversations and networking during breaks and between meetings.
  • Once the registration process is complete, we will generate individual meeting schedules that are the sum of your selections and the meetings in which your company was selected by another partner. You will receive these schedules from us by email.

IMPORTANT: We cannot guarantee all meetings on your list, as we have no influence on the overall attendance and presence of all WOT members at the event.
