Tourist attractions of Warsaw at the outdoor exhibition in Ostrava

In connection with the launch of a direct flight connection between Ostrava and Warsaw by PLL LOT last year, at the request of the Polish Consulate in Ostrava, Czech Republic, we have prepared an outdoor exhibition promoting the capital of Poland as a tourist destination on the Czech market.        

On March 4, in the presence of the director of Ostrava-Mosnov Airport, Mr. Jaromír Radkovsky, and the Polish media, the symbolic opening of the exhibition took place. On the fence of the office, 14 boards in Polish and Czech were placed, presenting the most interesting places in the capital, such as the Old Town, Łazienki, Vistula Boulevards, or Prague and related attractions. There was also information about cultural institutions, culinary, attractions for children and boutique shopping.

The exhibition will be on display at the consulate until the end of April, then from June for 6 months it will be displayed in the arrivals hall directly at the airport. While the possibility of travelling from Ostrava to Warsaw still has to wait, we hope that the exhibition, in its content and form, will encourage Czechs to visit the capital of Poland in the near future.
