Warsaw Conference and Hotel Market Data – September 2024

We are pleased to share with you basic information describing the size and characteristics of the conference and hotel market in Warsaw for September 2024.

From this edition of the report, we started cooperation with Lighthouse, thanks to which our studies will allow not only to analyze past data, but also to regularly observe how the demand for arrivals to Warsaw and accommodation in the capital is shaped for the next 6 months. Lighthouse is a leading international technology platform providing data and tools for the hotel and tourism industry. It cooperates with over 65,000 hotels in 185 countries, employing over 500 employees. The remaining data in the report traditionally comes from STR and describes a representative group of hotels in the capital, collected from a survey covering 76% available rooms in the city. In turn, the conference data comes from the Demand Outlook tool by Z-Factor, which monitors over 40 major conference hotels in Warsaw.

The data we publish offers a precise picture of the current situation on the Warsaw meetings and hotels market. However, these are only fragments of the wide-ranging information that the Warsaw Tourism Organization provides to its members, including full access to the Demand Outlook tool.
