Diagnosis of the impact of the SARS-CoV-2 virus on tourism and the meetings industry in Warsaw (as of 11/03/2020)

Warsaw Tourism Organization collected information from its members on the losses incurred and forecasted by Warsaw tourism entrepreneurs in connection with the spread of coronavirus in Poland and around the world. Aggregated and anonymized data was submitted to the Ministry of Development on March 9, 2020 at a meeting organized by Minister Emilewicz for tourism business environment institutions. WOT also forwarded this data to the Warsaw City Hall, with which it is in ongoing working contact regarding the dynamically developing market situation.
