Fam trip for Panda Incentive – Warsaw in the spotlight of the Egyptian MICE market

On June 6–7, 2025, Warsaw hosted representatives of the Egyptian agency Panda Incentive, specializing in organizing corporate events and conferences for the pharmaceutical and medical industries. The fam trip took place thanks to cooperation with SPARK Poland Incoming Travel Agency. 

The program of the visit was prepared with the aim of presenting the potential of the capital of Poland as an attractive destination for business events. The guests stayed at the Mercure Warszawa Centrum hotel, from where they had convenient access to the locations they visited.

Over the course of two days they visited, among others:
• Crowne Plaza Warsaw – The HUB
• Royal Tulip Warsaw Apartments
• Flaner Hotel
• Hotel Indigo Warsaw
• Novotel Warsaw Centrum
• Warsaw Presidential Hotel

The program also included tourist elements – guided city tours and a visit to Designer Outlet Warsaw. Shopping there proved to be an attractive addition to the program, in line with the growing interest in shopping offers during foreign trips.

The visit was also an opportunity to present the offer of facilities associated with the Warsaw Tourist Organization – tailored to the needs of the demanding international market.
