Mexican branch of PepsiCo visits Warsaw
Last week, Warsaw hosted a study visit by representatives of PepsiCo's Mexican branch. The site inspection was organized by Business Travel Consulting (BTC) in close collaboration with Mazurkas Travel and the Warsaw Convention Bureau. The purpose of the meeting was to showcase the city's conference potential and inspect top hotel properties for future business events.
Guests visited the Hotel Bristol, where they were presented with various room categories and common areas, with a special focus on service standards and the ability to accommodate business groups. The group then proceeded to the Hotel Verte Warsaw, where they were introduced to the hotel's concept, accommodations, and the functionality of the common areas for organizing group stays and smaller events.
The next part of the program was a shared lunch, which provided an opportunity to discuss previous observations. The second part of the day featured a guided city tour. This provided an opportunity to present the context of Warsaw's location and infrastructure, which is crucial for event planning.
For the participants, this was their first visit to Poland, allowing them to experience firsthand what our capital has to offer, both in terms of hotel infrastructure and the urban environment. The opportunity to assess accessibility, transportation, and safety was particularly important.
These types of meetings reinforce our partners' belief that Warsaw is a destination ready to host the most demanding conferences and events.
