Horeca Idea Transforming 2025 Forum This is the seventh edition of the industry event, which will take place on November 25–26, 2025, in Warsaw. For years, the Forum has provided a platform for the exchange of knowledge, experience, and inspiration for representatives of the MICE sector – owners and managers of hotel and conference facilities, event agencies, catering companies, and professionals involved in sales and event organization (salespeople, event managers, event coordinators).  

This year's edition will be held under the slogan "Transforming", which symbolizes conscious and strategic shaping of the future of the industry - going beyond adaptation and boldly implementing change.  

The first day of the event begins with a warm-up and moderated networking, which will help us get to know each other better and break down barriers. Grzegorz Turniak, a well-known and respected speaker and moderator, will lead a session on positive relationships. After a short introduction, we'll invite you to work in groups. Participants will participate in one of over 10 workshops (Know-How Shots) in the MICE sales track and one of three expert sessions (Masterminds). Experts will provide a wide range of topics: Szymon Piechota, Eliza Kozica-Kamińska, Blanka Retmańska-Man, Paweł Jabłoński, Paweł Szczyrek, Magdalena Frelkiewicz, Krzysztof Rzepkowski, Grzegorz Ołowski & Judyta Konieczyńska, Marcin Banaszkiewicz, Alan Pakosz, and Grzegorz Turniak. After lunch, the managers will continue their meetings, while sales will begin with SwitchCzelendż, a proprietary gamification game that is a regular feature of the Forum. The evening portion is not just about socializing, but also the official gala and awards ceremony for the MICE Super Seller and Super Engaged competitions. The second day of the event features a shared meal, the Breakfast of Champions. We begin with a recap of the first day. The next highlight will be energetic power speeches delivered by Elitza Stoilova, a guest from Bulgaria, and Krzysztof Rzepkowski, a familiar face to previous participants. 

Each year, the Forum brings together over 300 participants, eager to discuss the innovations, trends, and challenges that define today's market. As always, the forum's format is "no high heels" and "no ties," fostering openness and honest conversation. This event is for those who think strategically, act boldly, and want to have a real impact on the direction of the MICE industry's development.
