The Warsaw Tourist Organization's competition "Warsaw is awesome" has been decided
We are pleased to announce that the Warsaw Tourism Organization Competition, aimed at students from grades IV-VII of primary schools, has been decided. 19 schools from all over Poland entered the competition, which shows that group work on the project, cooperation with peers and the prospect of shared experiences during a school trip are very much needed after a long period of isolation.
The aim of the competition was to arouse the interest of young recipients in the faces of the capital, and the main theme was: "Warsaw is awesome". We are extremely pleased with the high level of content of the submitted works, which were prepared in the form of presentations, comics, albums and videos.
The jury, consisting of a representative of the Accor/ORBIS network, a representative of the tour operator, the Warsaw Tourism Office and the Warsaw Tourism Organization, also assessed creativity, commitment and cooperation, taking into account the criteria included in the regulations.
The winner of the competition was the class 4a from Primary School No. 1 named after Silesian Insurgents in Mikołów. Congratulations!!!
We would like to remind you that the Prize for the winning class is a 3-day stay in Warsaw, funded by the Warsaw Tourist Organization, organized according to the trip scenario chosen by the class, available on the website www.odkrytajwarszawe.pl/dla-szkol/
We hope that working on the project was great fun for the students, whom we will soon invite to Warsaw for more experiences.
