Dynamics on the Czech market

With a delay of over six months due to the coronavirus pandemic, LOT Polish Airlines launched a regular flight on 25/10/2020 between Warsaw, and the Czech city Ostrava.

However, as the Ministry of Foreign Affairs announced, due to the high number of daily coronavirus infections in Poland, the Czech Republic is closing its borders. From November 9, Polish citizens will not be able to enter the country, as it is a high-risk country. From Monday, Poles' entry into the southern neighbor's territory is subject to restrictions. Exceptions include holders of a long-term visa or a permanent or temporary residence permit, family members of Czech citizens or people whose entry is in the country's interest.
