Meet The Bidder Grand Edition

The 23rd edition of Meet The Bidder took place on November 21, attracting a record number of exhibitors and invited guests to Poland. The event was accompanied by the Incentive Travel Excellence Night (ITEx Night) banquet, co-hosted by Travel Bidder and SITE Poland – a partner of the fair.

This year's Grand Edition of Meet The Bidder was attended by a record number of over a hundred exhibitors from five continents, as well as over two hundred professional MICE organizers from all over Poland and European markets. Participants held a total of over 2,500 B2B meetings.

The fair was accompanied by several events taking place in parallel: meetings of the SITE Poland commission members, an Incentive Booster workshop for Incentive Travel Tour Managers prepared by Kadry Turystyki and a debate organised by the Polish Chamber of Tourism regarding B2B contracts in the light of the new act on tourist services.
