Let the hearts of great cities shine
Hearts will shine in Warsaw on May 1. The #HOPEALLOVER campaign is an expression of solidarity and gratitude from Warsaw to all those who fight the coronavirus every day. Additionally, it is also a gesture of the local tourism industry towards people who hold traveling close to their hearts.
The Warsaw Tourist Organisation, in addition to its information and support activities,
in obtaining support resulting from the provisions of the COVID-19 Act, it conducts mini promotional campaigns aimed at maintaining interest in travel and building awareness of our city's brand.
In connection with the above, we inform you that we have established contact with the company BART KRESA studio, which specializes in, among other things, creating unique architectural video projections on buildings and other objects around the world. Their actions have already been written about more than once by foreign media, which have drawn attention especially to entities cooperating with them as part of social responsibility activities and the need to support symbolic initiatives.
Today, many people are staying at home with their loved ones, fearing for their safety and health, leaving their current workplaces. Empty, dormant buildings can become beacons of optimism, encouragement and love, and owners or managers of hotels, among others, can join the action as part of their social responsibility and give their sign of support to all those who are on the front line of the fight against the virus and those who, isolated in their apartments, are uncertain about their future.
That is why the Warsaw Tourist Organisation, together with the BART KRESA studio, invited WOT members to cooperate and join joint action #HOPEALLOVER". The project of large hearts illuminating buildings meets the need of the moment and is intended to provide encouragement in the times of the coronavirus pandemic. In the project that we will initiate May 1 this year, at 8:00 p.m. The following hotels have confirmed their participation: InterContinental Warsaw, The Westin Warsaw, Sheraton Grand Warsaw, Hotel Warsaw, Marriott Warsaw. The launch date of the campaign coincides with the withdrawal of restrictions on hotel closures announced for May 4, 2020, so it can also be treated as a harbinger of positive changes in the situation of both the industry and all of us.
