Warsaw's congress offer in Vienna

On Sunday July 7 Mateusz Czerwiński, Vice President of the Warsaw Convention Bureau, accompanied Professor Marek Pawlikowski from the Warsaw University of Technology in Vienna during the presentation of Warsaw’s candidacy to the Board of the European Biomechanics Society.

European Biomechanics Congress takes place every two years and brings together around 500 specialists from various related fields of science, medicine and technology. Warsaw is bidding to host the event in 2022. The presentation at this year's edition at the University of Vienna was the culmination of a several-month application process, support for which is one of the exemplary activities declared by the Warsaw Convention Bureau in a recently signed cooperation agreement with the Warsaw University of Technology.
