Summary of the General Meeting of WOT members – July 9, 2020

"On July 9, 2020, as announced, the XXI General Meeting of the Warsaw Tourism Organization was held at EXPO. The presented reports on the activities of the Program Council and the activities of the office in 2019 were accepted by the participants of the general meeting. After the Management Board presented the Action Plan and the Financial Plan for 2020, the members - also unanimously - adopted both documents specifying the goals, methods and means of conducting activities by the organization until the end of this year. The methods of operation of the WOT during the crisis caused by the pandemic, described in detail by the Management Board, were also accepted. The planned changes to the organization's statute, due to the lack of quorum caused by the holiday period, will be processed at the next General Meeting, the date of which will be set soon, and its form will probably be electronic."
