Agreement on cooperation between Warsaw and Mazovia – press briefing

On Friday morning July 5th A press meeting was held on the Vistula Boulevards, organized by the Warsaw Tourist Organization and Mazovia Regional Tourist Organization regarding strengthening cooperation in the field of joint promotional policy in the field of MICE tourism. At the beginning of the briefing, representatives of the industry media were welcomed by Barbara Tutak - President of WOT and Dorota Zbińkowska - Director of the MROT Office. Then, the Vice-Marshal of the Mazovian Voivodeship Wiesław Raboszuk spoke about the importance of close cooperation between the city and the region. After the official opening of the meeting, an agreement was signed, specifying the principles of cooperation between Warsaw Convention Bureau and Mazovia Convention Bureau, i.e.: mutual sending of inquiries from planners, mutual promotion of offers, joint participation in promotional events, joint building of a database of international and domestic contacts and synergy in acquiring members.
