Report from the Europamundo Convention 2025 in Warsaw

In the days October 31 – November 2, 2025 took place in Warsaw Europamundo Convention, an event addressed to 320 representatives of the tourism industry from around the world.
The partner of the event was Polish Tourist Organisation, whereas Warsaw Tourism Organization actively supported the process of its preparation, involving its members in the activities and officially welcoming the conference participants during the opening evening in the restaurant Concept 13.

Two-day conference took place in Hotel Novotel Warszawa Centrum, while accompanying events were organized in unique Warsaw locations – in Event Hall and in the historic Kręglicki Fortress.

Professional stage and technical support during selected accompanying events was provided by the company Brill AV Media, guaranteeing the highest level of audiovisual and lighting implementation.

The organization of tours around Warsaw, prepared in various language versions, was entrusted to the team Adventure Warsaw, which enabled participants to get to know Warsaw as a city with many faces.

The conference was an excellent opportunity to promote Poland and Warsaw internationally. During the first day of the conference, Agata Witosławska, Director of the Polish Tourist Organisation's International Centre in Madrid, presented Poland's tourism offerings to participants, highlighting its diversity and unique potential. During the evening gala at the Kręglicki Fortress, a letter addressed to the event participants from Rafał Szmytke, President of the Polish Tourist Organisation, was read. National culture was also promoted – during the accompanying events, guests had the opportunity to attend a folk group performance. PROMOTION and listen to a Chopin recital.

The participants left Warsaw on November 3rd, heading to other regions of Poland to better explore our country's tourism offerings. We hope that their stay and participation in the conference will yield tangible results in the near future.
