Report from the IMEX Trade Fair in Frankfurt 2024

On May 14-16, 2024, the Warsaw Convention Bureau, in cooperation with Mazovia Convention Bureau, had the pleasure of promoting Warsaw as an attractive business tourism destination during the IMEX trade fair in Frankfurt - one of the most important events in the MICE industry, bringing together thousands of professionals from around the world.

Our stand, located within the Polish pavilion prepared by the Poland Convention Bureau, hosted dozens of representatives of the meetings and events industry. The three days of the fair were full of very promising meetings. We actively promoted Warsaw, presenting its unique potential as a congress destination. We had many interesting talks with international partners, which we hope will result in new projects and cooperation in the near future.

This year's edition of IMEX gathered over 14,000 visitors from 170 countries. The fair showed the dynamic development of the MICE sector and new trends that will shape the future of events around the world. Sustainable development, advanced technologies, innovative formats and health and safety are the main directions in which the industry is heading.
