Responsible Incentive Travel Day 2024 at the Hilton Warsaw City hotel
On April 25, 2024, the Hilton Warsaw City hotel hosted participants of the first day of the conference dedicated to responsible incentive travel, organized by SITE Poland with the support of the Poland Convention Bureau (PCB). The aim of the event was to promote sustainable development in business tourism and incentive travel.
The conference gathered representatives from different parts of Poland, who shared their experiences in implementing sustainable initiatives and discussed the challenges they face. Among the speakers were representatives of both local convention offices and tourist organizations from Warsaw, Gdańsk, Łódź, Kraków, Silesia and Wrocław.
The discussions were led by Aneta Książek, Head of the Meetings and Events Office at the Poland Convention Bureau. The speakers included:

- Małgorzata Przygórska-Skowron, Head of the Tourism Department, Kraków Convention Bureau

- Sebastian Gronet, Project Manager, Silesia Convention Bureau
- Jakub Rosły, Manager, Łódź Convention Bureau
This event is an important step towards promoting sustainable practices in Polish business tourism, highlighting the sector’s commitment to more responsible solutions.
