Meeting of WOT member agencies with hotels and university representatives – joint discussions on cooperation and the future of the industry

On April 23, 2025, a meeting organized by the Warsaw Tourism Organization took place at the Sofitel Warsaw Victoria hotel, which brought together representatives of WOT member agencies (PCO, DMC and tour operators), representatives of Warsaw hotels and representatives of universities.

The aim of the meeting was to discuss the postulates developed by the agencies regarding preferential terms of cooperation with member hotels and to discuss possible cooperation models. This is an important step towards improving everyday cooperation within the business tourism sector.

The second important topic was the issue of human resources management in tourism, including establishing closer cooperation with Warsaw universities. The meeting was attended by, among others:

and university representatives:
Leon Kozminski Academy, Academy of Special Education, Academy of Technology and Art of Applied Sciences, Warsaw University of Technology, Polish-Japanese Academy of Information Technology, Warsaw University of Life Sciences, Warsaw School of Economics, Lazarski University, SWPS University, University of Warsaw, WSB Merito University and the Medical University of Warsaw.
