Meeting of the WOT agency working group (DMC, PCO, tour operators)!

Today (30/07) the first meeting of the newly established working group of the WOT agency (DMC, PCO, tour operators) took place!

We would like to thank the members for volunteering to work on the MICE and leisure agency working group and those who attended today's meeting of the group. We had the opportunity to discuss the first topics on the list that are key to this industry sector, i.e. staff shortages, cooperation between agencies and hotels and restaurants, training in new marketing and operational tools.

We welcome the constructive discussion and are working on further steps that will implement new solutions and initiate the necessary changes.
