Meeting on the Polish Congress Ambassadors Program

On September 5, a meeting of WOT with the Association "Conferences and Congresses" was held. During the meeting, the main assumptions of the Congress Ambassadors Program and the activities of the Warsaw Congress Ambassadors Club for the 4th quarter of 2018 and the entire 2019 were discussed. A joint communication strategy with the local academic community and industry associations was developed. Ways of searching for sources of financing for targeted subsidies were discussed as a form of motivation for the Ambassador. A strategy for networking meetings with Ambassadors and potential Ambassadors and educational and informational meetings at universities was established. A decision was also made to create a joint information platform - the WOT and SKKP Newsletter, which will be regularly sent to Polish Congress Ambassadors. We are convinced that the joint activities of SKKP and WOT within the Program will bring tangible results in terms of organizing large international events in the capital of Poland.
