Study tour from Canada

On December 12-14, we hosted a representative of the Canadian office VOYAGES VOYAGES A+ from Quebec in Warsaw as part of a study trip.

VOYAGES A+ is one of the oldest youth tourism agencies in Canada. It operates primarily in Quebec City, the capital of the French-speaking province of Quebec. Trips to Central Europe have been in the agency's catalog for many years. Due to the pandemic and the geopolitical situation in Eastern Europe, the agency has suspended trips in this direction. It is currently working on a new offer, in which trips to Poland, especially to places related to the history of World War II, will occupy an important place.

In the sightseeing program we proposed the classics: Łazienki Królewskie, Trakt Królewski, Zamek Królewski, Stare Miasto. Due to the interest of the office in the subject of World War II, the program also included visits to the Warsaw Uprising Museum and the Polin Museum. Our guest also listened to a Chopin concert in the Time for Chopin concert hall. Accommodation was provided by the Campanile hotel.
