Study tour from the USA and Canada

In cooperation with the Polish Tourist Organisation, we organised a visit to Warsaw for 11 tour operators from the USA and Canada as part of a promotional campaign implemented jointly by the Visegrad Group countries on the American market.

On Monday, August 14, 2023, the previously mentioned 11-person delegation arrived in our country, participating in a phenomenal program full of attractions and unforgettable experiences.

On the first day, after a grand welcome ceremony held at Raffles Europejski Warsaw and a short period of regeneration, all participants set off on an inspiring journey through the local attractions of Warsaw. During this extraordinary trip, we had the opportunity to visit selected points of this interesting city.

The next day filled our guests with extraordinary views of the metropolis panorama, which we admired from the PKiN Observation Deck. In continuation of the time-space journey, we visited the Norblin Factory, where the exhibits of the Art Box Experience exhibition created a world full of deep impressions. After this fascinating journey, we all went to the luxurious Radisson Collection Hotel, Warsaw, where we conducted a detailed audit of the facility during a local inspection and tasted an exquisite lunch.

The next stages of the expedition took us through the heart of the city, or more precisely the picturesque Old Town, where history intertwines with the charm of the streets. That day, to crown their participation in these events rich in impressions, the participants were treated to an elegant dinner at the Hotel Bristol Warsaw, representing the Luxury Collection Hotel category. This supper was an extraordinary summary of days full of exciting experiences.

On August 16, our guests engaged in an intensive industry workshop that took place at the beautiful Hotel Bristol Warsaw, Luxury Collection Hotel. Collective learning, exchange of experiences and discussions on the future of the industry created an inspiring aura of the event. We ended the workshop with a pleasant lunch that gave us energy and emphasized the importance of a joint effort.
