AI training for WOT member agencies

As part of one of the projects of the WOT working group of member agencies, a training session on practical applications of AI tools was held. The training session was prepared and conducted by the Bespoke agency, which specializes in implementing artificial intelligence in various areas of everyday agency work. The agenda of the four-hour meeting led by Marta Solik, AI Manager from Bespoke, was as follows:

• AI x LLM Assistants (ChatGPT vs Claude 3.5 comparison)
• Note-taking tools with automatic transcription, summarization, and conversation analysis integrated with popular online meeting platforms.

 3. Practical applications of AI in business

• Automation of routine tasks
• Data analysis and forecasting
• Optimization of decision-making processes
