General meeting of WOT members

On June 9, 2020, the WOT Management Board adopted a resolution to convene the General Meeting of the Association’s members.

In accordance with the above resolution of the Management Board, the General Meeting will be held at the Warsaw Expo XXI Centre (1st floor, room C, ul. Prądzyńskiego 12/14) on the following dates:

  • July 9, 2020, 10:00 a.m. – first date
  • July 9, 2020, 10:15 a.m. – second date

Agenda of the General Meeting:

  1. Opening of the WOT General Meeting.
  2. Adoption of a resolution on the appointment of the Counting Committee for the General Meeting.
  3. Election of the Chairman, Vice-Chairman and Secretary of the General Meeting.
  4. Confirmation of the number of participants with the right to vote        
  5. Adoption of the agenda of the General Meeting.

  1. Foreword from the President of WOT, report on the activities of the Program Council for 2019, summary of WOT activities for 2019.
  2. Presentation of the Action Plan and Financial Plan for 2020.
  3. Voting on the adoption and approval of the Action Plan and Financial Plan for 2020.
  4. Presentation of proposed changes to the WOT statute.
  5. Voting on the adoption of amendments to the statute.
  6. Free conclusions.
  7. Summary of the General Meeting.
