Warsaw Convention Bureau at IMEX America 2024

On October 8-10, 2024, the next edition of IMEX America in Las Vegas took place, one of the most important events for the meetings industry in the American market. This year's edition attracted an impressive number of 15,500 participants, including 5,500 buyers, which allowed for a record number of 86,000 business talks. The participants also included the Polish team.

The Polish national stand, organised by the Polish Tourism Organisation (POT) and the Poland Convention Bureau (PCB POT), gathered representatives of key entities from the tourism industry, including the Warsaw Convention Bureau, Bespoke DMC Poland, ICE Kraków Congress Centre, Kraków Convention Bureau, LOT Polish Airlines and Mazurkas DMC Poland.

IMEX America is a unique platform for establishing business relationships with partners from all over the world, including North, Central and South America. This year's edition proved to be as fruitful as the previous ones, offering not only intensive business exchange but also innovative industry initiatives.

IMEX America 2024 also confirmed the growing interest in the incentive travel sector. Expert meetings, which gathered over 1,600 participants, were proof of the growing importance of exchanging knowledge and experiences in the business tourism industry.

Warsaw Convention Bureau had the pleasure to participate in this important event, representing Warsaw in the international meetings industry arena and strengthening relationships with global partners.
