Warsaw Convention Bureau at IBTM World 2024

The Warsaw Convention Bureau, together with the Mazovia Convention Bureau, took part in this year's fair IBTM World 2024 in Barcelona, taking place on 19-21 November at the Polish National Stand organized by the Polish Tourist Organization – Poland Convention Bureau.

The event turned out to be a great success, both in terms of the number of business meetings and the interest in the Polish MICE offer. In total, over 73,000 business meetings were organized, which is an increase of 19% compared to the previous edition. The national stand attracted a record number of visitors, who were able to familiarize themselves with the wide offer of Poland as a dynamically developing MICE destination.

The Warsaw Convention Bureau, representing the capital of Poland, held over 50 business meetings over the course of three days, which highlights the huge interest in Warsaw as a place to organize international events. Cooperation with the Mazovia Convention Bureau allowed for a comprehensive presentation of the attractions of both the capital and the Mazovia region, as ideal places to organize business events at the highest level.

IBTM World 2024 has once again highlighted that Poland – including Warsaw – is a destination ready to host international MICE events.
