Warsaw Convention Bureau at IMEX Frankfurt 2025

On May 20–22, 2025, the Warsaw Convention Bureau had the pleasure of representing the capital of Poland at the IMEX Frankfurt trade fair – one of the most important and prestigious events in the global meetings, conferences and incentive event industry. This year's edition gathered over 13,000 professionals from the MICE sector, including over 4,000 carefully selected hosted buyers and 3,100 exhibitors from 150 countries.

Traditionally, the Warsaw Convention Bureau presented itself together with the Mazovia Convention Bureau as part of the Polish national stand, organized by the Poland Convention Bureau. The joint presence enabled a comprehensive presentation of the potential of Warsaw and the entire Mazovia region - both in terms of conference infrastructure and the rich cultural and tourist offer.

During the three intensive days of the fair, we held numerous meetings with organizers of international conferences, congresses and incentive events. The talks concerned specific projects planned for the coming years, as well as the support that the Warsaw Convention Bureau can offer in the process of their preparation. Of particular interest were the modern event spaces in Warsaw, the developing hotel base and the actions taken by the city and the industry in the spirit of sustainable development.

We are pleased with the growing recognition of Warsaw as an attractive and professionally prepared MICE destination. Our interlocutors appreciated not only the infrastructure offer, but also the high quality of services provided by local partners and the logistical ease of organizing events in the capital of Poland.

Participation in IMEX Frankfurt 2025 resulted in many new, promising business contacts, which – we hope – will translate into real projects in the near future.
