Warsaw Convention Bureau at the 'Poland. More Than You Expected' workshop in Brussels

On April 18, 2024, the Warsaw Convention Bureau took part in the workshop "Poland. More Than You Expected", which took place at The Hoxton Hotel in Brussels. The event, which took a very interactive and innovative form, was organized by the Foreign Center of the Polish Tourist Organisation in Brussels and the Poland Convention Bureau and was addressed to 20 representatives of international associations, congress organizers and leading media that deal with the subject of association meetings.

The main goal of the workshops, in which we participated together with representatives of the Kraków Convention Bureau, Mazurkas Congress Management and Poznań Congress Center, was to strengthen Poland’s position as a leading destination for international meetings and conferences.

In direct conversations with participants, we emphasized the advantages of Warsaw - a cultural, economic and scientific hub on the map of Europe, which, together with direct air connections and undoubted tourist attractions, make the capital exceptionally attractive to event organizers.

The main topics discussed during the workshop were innovative methods of conducting meetings that can increase the engagement of participants. The workshop also provided a space to share best practices and discuss future trends in the meetings industry.
