Warsaw CvB at IMEX 2023

On 23.05-25.05 Warsaw Convention Bureau had the opportunity to represent Warsaw at one of the most important events in the meetings industry – IMEX trade fair in Frankfurt. During three intensive days we held many meetings and established valuable conversations with representatives of MICE agencies interested in new opportunities for incentive groups and conference organization.

During the fair, we presented the wide range of support offered by the Warsaw Convention Bureau to organizers of international events in our city. Our meetings at IMEX were an excellent opportunity to share information about Warsaw's attractions, modern conference facilities, top-class hotels and various incentive programs that are perfectly suited for implementation in the capital of Poland.

IMEX was a great opportunity to build strong relationships with key MICE partners. Our presence at this prestigious event allowed us to further develop cooperation and gain new contacts that will contribute to attracting even more important international events to Warsaw.
