Warsaw hosted German tour operators

Warsaw once again became the destination of a study trip for representatives of the tourism industry – this time from Germany. The fam trip was organized by the Travel Projekt office in cooperation with the Foreign Center of the Polish Tourist Organization in Berlin and with the support of the Warsaw Tourist Organization.

The program of the visit focused on presenting the tourist potential of the capital, both in the context of hotel infrastructure and cultural offer. The participants began their stay with a site inspection at the Presidential Warsaw hotel, where they familiarized themselves with the conference and accommodation facilities of the facility. Then they visited the new seat of the Museum of Modern Art, where they had the opportunity to see the current exhibition and talk about the role of contemporary art in shaping the image of the city. The next point of the program was a visit to the observation deck of the Palace of Culture and Science - one of the most recognizable symbols of Warsaw.

The evening ended with dinner at the Smaki Regionalne restaurant, during which guests had the opportunity to try traditional Polish dishes and take part in the presentation "Polska nieobwiadoma" (Unobvious Poland) - dedicated to lesser-known but inspiring places and stories that can enrich the offer for tourists from Germany.

The participants included tour operators specializing in organizing coach trips, cultural and motorcycle tourism, as well as a representative of German industry media. The meeting created an excellent opportunity to talk about the possibilities of developing cooperation, exchanging experiences and promoting Warsaw as an attractive travel destination.

We would like to thank all participants for their presence and invite you to further joint activities promoting Warsaw on the German market.
