Warsaw as a MICE destination – joint FAM Trip Sheraton Grand Warsaw

On May 19, 2025, Warsaw became the host of the FAM Trip organized by Sheraton Grand Warsaw in cooperation with our organization, aimed at representatives of the MICE industry from Great Britain. The event aimed to present the potential of the capital of Poland as a modern, dynamically developing destination ideal for organizing business events, conferences and incentive trips.

The participants included representatives of renowned companies dealing with event planning, business travel and conference facility sourcing. Representatives of brands such as:
• BCD Meetings & Events
• Disney Global Travel
• Travel Places
• Congress Bookers
• HeadBox
• Marriott Hotels International
• PwC

The program began with a welcome to the guests at the Central Station, from where they went to the viewing terrace of the Palace of Culture and Science. This symbolic place not only allows you to look at Warsaw from a unique perspective, but also provides an excellent starting point for a conversation about the dynamic changes taking place in the city.

The next stop was Royal Baths – the green heart of Warsaw and one of its greatest tourist attractions.

The group then went to Sheraton Grand Warsaw, where lunch and a detailed presentation of the hotel's offer took place - both in terms of accommodation, conference space and catering services. The meeting was an opportunity to directly exchange experiences with representatives of the Sheraton brand and to ask questions about the possibilities of organizing events at the facility.

The afternoon program also included a visit to Kubicki's Arcades, a unique event space located at the foot of the Royal Castle, as well as a walk through Warsaw's Old Town. Guests could feel the unique atmosphere of the historic center of Warsaw and see how much it offers also in the context of cultural events and evening activities.

The day ended with dinner and site inspection at The Westin Warsaw hotel, which, like Sheraton, is part of the Marriott portfolio. Guests were introduced to the hotel's offerings, including its modern conference rooms and facilities for business clients.
