Warsaw at ITB Berlin 2025 – inspirations, meetings, cooperation

On March 4-6, the Warsaw Tourism Organization had the opportunity to represent the capital of Poland at ITB Berlin 2025 – one of the most important events in the tourism industry in the world. This year's edition, held under the slogan "The World of Travel Lives Here", gathered almost 6,000 exhibitors from over 170 countries, confirming its key role in the global tourism sector.

Our stand enjoyed great interest among representatives of the MICE industry, as well as tour operators and event organizers who were looking for new, attractive destinations for their clients. Warsaw attracted attention with its dynamically developing hotel and conference infrastructure, rich cultural offer and unique attractions.

ITB Berlin 2025 was a great opportunity to build and strengthen relationships with international partners. We met with many key representatives of the tourism industry to discuss cooperation opportunities and present the advantages of Warsaw as a destination for both leisure and business tourism. Warsaw, with its accessibility, modern facilities and rich history, is increasingly becoming a natural choice for event organizers and travelers looking for authentic experiences.

Attendance at the fair is not only about business meetings, but also inspiration for further development and adapting the offer to changing trends. The latest reports indicate a growing interest in city breaks, where Warsaw has a lot to offer. The growing importance of technology in the industry, sustainable development and personalization of tourist experiences are other areas worth paying attention to.
