Warsaw through the eyes of the MICE industry

On June 15, 2025, Warsaw hosted an international group of MICE and event industry representatives who took part in a guided city tour. The event was organized on the initiative of the Baltic Event Industry Club (BEIC), in cooperation with the Poland Convention Bureau and with the support of the Warsaw Tourism Organization.

Participants representing event agencies, production houses and MICE companies from various European countries visited the most important points on the tourist map of Warsaw – from the historic Old Town to modern urban spaces.

The aim of the visit was to present Warsaw as a potential destination for organizing events, conferences and incentive trips – with developed infrastructure, a rich cultural offer and professional facilities.

Guests included representatives of, among others:
Speaking Heroes, BEIC, Jack Morton, MeetMarcel, Oxygen Live, Komunikacij laboratorij, Acciona Cultura, Filosofia Event Group, Universum Events, IMotion, STOK MICE, 3K MANAGEMENT, McCANN, Daymakers, KESCH Event and Promotion, Lietuvis and Allegro.
