Warsaw full of surprises

On July 9 this year, a meeting entitled "Warsaw full of surprises" was held at the ibis Warszawa Stare Miasto hotel, including with journalists.

Partners of the meeting, Warsaw Tourism Organization and Warsaw Convention Bureau, talked about the more and lesser known attractions of the city and the possibilities of spending a weekend full of attractions. There was also an analysis of the city's conference potential.

– At the moment, we are involved in promoting Warsaw in the UK or Sweden as a great destination for short tourist trips, but it often turns out that even the city's residents are not always aware of its cultural attractions. - he points out Monika Białkowska, director of the Warsaw Tourist Organisation office. – That is why it is important to organize this type of briefings and show where and why it is worth meeting both privately and for business purposes.

During the event, representatives of the ibis hotel family also shared information on the brand’s potential in the Region and Warsaw and presented the assumptions of the latest concepts related to the design and gastronomic offer of hotels, including i-Burgers and the new concept of Morning Appleasure breakfasts.

– ibis hotels are conveniently located to enjoy the main attractions of the cities in which they are located – emphasizes Stephen Hadley, VP of Economy Hotel Operations in Poland at the Orbis Hotel Group and director of ibis Warszawa Stare Miasto. – In Warsaw, you can relax in as many as 6 facilities of the brand, four of which are located in its strict city center. Moreover, thanks to their new gastronomic offers, they are perfect for a light, casual lunch or dinner with friends, so are increasingly becoming a meeting place not only for guests but also for residents. It is also worth adding that at the moment the ibis hotel family is the most dynamically developing group of brands in the AccorHotels portfolio.

It was the first event of its kind at the ibis hotel, presenting the city’s tourism potential in such a broad context.
