Warsaw back on PATA Denmark

On November 1-2, 2023, we had the opportunity to participate for the third time in workshops for the Danish industry PATA Denmark Chapter, which took place in Aarhus and Copenhagen. These were meetings organized in the "free flow" formula, where visitors had the opportunity to freely contact exhibitors, without prior appointments.

During these events, we had the opportunity to represent Warsaw together with representatives of PLL LOT in Denmark, who have a significant network of contacts among local agencies and tour operators. It is also worth mentioning that our stand had an additional attraction – an internal lottery, in which the main prize was a weekend stay in Warsaw. Thanks to the generosity of our partners – hotels Indigo Warsaw and Four Points by Sheraton Warsaw Mokotów, our stand attracted the attention of participants.

Danes have shown a great willingness to travel, which has been noticeable since the end of the pandemic restrictions. We hope that our activities, such as study tours and sponsored weekend stays for industry representatives, will help to increase interest in our city as a safe and attractive place to visit. 

In addition to Warsaw and the Polish Tourist Organisation and the previously mentioned LOT, the meetings were also attended by representatives of the Lower Silesian Tourist Organisation, Hotel Narvil Conference & Spa, the Puro hotel chain and the travel agencies FURNEL Travel, TARIFA and MICEART.

We hope that our presence will contribute to increased interest in Poland among travellers from Denmark.
