Warsaw promoted at EUROCRIM 2025 in Athens

Warsaw has been announced as the host city for the EUROCRIM 2026 conference, which will take place next September. This year's edition in Athens featured a stand promoting the event's future location.

EUROCRIM is the annual conference of the European Society of Criminology, considered the most important European forum for the exchange of knowledge and experience in the field of criminology. Each year, it brings together hundreds of scientists, experts, and practitioners from around the world.

Thanks to the support of the Institute of Social Prevention and Resocialization of the University of Warsaw and the involvement of members of the Warsaw Tourist Organization, the stand in Athens was equipped with a wide range of promotional materials about Warsaw.

An additional attraction was a quiz about Warsaw, in which participants could win unique prizes donated by WOT members:

  • Polish Vodka Museum
  • The Westin Warsaw
  • Art Box Experience
  • Hard Rock Cafe Warsaw
  • Royal Tulip Warsaw Apartments
  • Novotel Warsaw

The gifts were complemented by Warsaw gadgets from Love Poland Design and Masovian gifts from the Marshal's Office of the Masovian Voivodeship.

Thanks to these joint efforts, Warsaw was presented as an attractive and diverse conference destination. The stand generated significant interest among attendees, building a positive image of the city in the eyes of the international academic community.
