Warsaw triumphs at Meetings Star Award 2025!

Warsaw has officially won the prestigious Meetings Star Award 2025 in the category "New Europe Meeting Destinations"! During the awards ceremony, which took place on February 19, 2025 in the Grand Reception Hall of the CD - Cankarjev dom Congress Centre in Ljubljana, Warsaw was honored as a leading center of the meetings industry in Central and Eastern Europe.

Meetings Star Awards – a prestigious distinction for the best MICE destinations

Meetings Star Awards is an annual competition recognizing the best destinations, conference facilities and personalities in the meetings industry. Awards are given to, among others, leading destinations, hotels, congress centers and people who have the greatest influence on the development of the MICE market. The competition is organized as part of the Conventa trade fair in Ljubljana and has been one of the most important awards in the meetings industry for years.

Warsaw – the leader of meetings in New Europe

The jury's decision highlights the impressive development of Warsaw as a modern metropolis with excellent conference infrastructure and a dynamically developing MICE market. The capital of Poland received the highest marks for modern conference facilities, a wide range of hotels and the professionalism of Warsaw event agencies.

“Polish event agencies are among the best in Europe, and Warsaw stands out for its quality of organization and the proactive approach of the Warsaw Convention Bureau team,” explained the experts who awarded the prize.

The Meetings Star Award is one of the most important distinctions in the meetings industry, and its awarding to Warsaw confirms the growing importance of the Polish capital on the European map of business events. The dynamic development of MICE infrastructure, high quality of services and the involvement of key industry institutions mean that Warsaw is increasingly chosen as a place to organize prestigious congresses, conferences and corporate events.
