Warsaw at the centre of events during the Polish Presidency of the EU Council

On 1 January 2025, Poland took over the presidency of the Council of the European Union. This is a special time that attracts thousands of guests to our country, including representatives of the governments of the Member States and participants in numerous international events. Warsaw, as the capital of Poland, plays a key role in this prestigious period.

As part of the activities promoting the capital, the Warsaw Tourism Organization in cooperation with the Warsaw Tourism Office has prepared a special information stand at the PGE National Stadium. This is where guests participating in the Presidency events can familiarize themselves with the rich tourist offer of Warsaw - from monuments and museums to cultural and culinary attractions. Our goal is not only to provide practical information, but also to inspire visitors to discover the city during their stay in Poland.

The Polish Presidency of the EU Council is also an opportunity to present Warsaw as a modern and dynamically developing metropolis, perfect both for organising international events and for business and recreational tourism.
