The competition includes a total of 17 award categories. 13 of them are selected by a jury, two are awarded by the Emerging Europe Council and two more awards are selected in a plebiscite. The award categories take into account key elements such as raising awareness, social development and economic growth. We are also pleased to announce that in the category "Urban Renewal Project of the Year" won The Prague Koneser Center. Moreover, Poland had a very strong representation in the Emerging Europe competition: 15 projects from our country were awarded in 8 categories. There is no doubt that the participation of Polish companies, organizations or cities in global rankings is a positive signal about the openness of domestic enterprises to the international arena and effective promotional activities conducted on foreign markets.

Congratulations to all the winners, and thank you to the Polish Tourist Organisation's Foreign Representation in London for collecting the prize!
