Warsaw Tourist Organization at FBE 2026

On January 14, 2026, EXPO XXI Warsaw once again became a meeting place for those who design events, build experiences, and develop the meetings market. This year's edition of the FBE Event Industry Forum attracted over 3,000 participants and over 200 exhibitors, with the event program running simultaneously on two stages.

The Warsaw Tourist Organization, in conjunction with the Masovian Regional Tourist Organization, showcased the city and region at FBE with a joint stand. This space featured 24 exhibitors – members of WOT and MROT, representing Warsaw hotels, attractions, and industry partners in the MICE market.

The stand provided a space for intensive discussions about business, incentive, and conference events, which have a real impact on brand image and destination selection. Happy Hours at 12:30 and 3:00 PM also generated considerable interest, with forum participants participating in a raffle with prizes donated by WOT and MROT members. This provided an additional opportunity for networking and face-to-face meetings with industry representatives.

The FBE Event Industry Forum remains a highlight of the MICE market calendar and confirms that Warsaw has a strong, active, and well-integrated event community. The joint presence of the city and region provided an opportunity to promote Warsaw as a destination ready for international events and business meetings.
