Cooking workshops in Budapest
On November 28, in Budapest, at the Gastropolis training center, culinary workshops were organized by the Foreign Center of the Polish Tourism Organization in cooperation with our organization. The event was attended by culinary influencers and representatives of Hungarian lifestyle media, who had the opportunity to learn the secrets of preparing traditional dishes inspired by Warsaw cuisine. The workshops were led by the chef of the ELIXIR by Dom Wódki restaurant and the Czerwony Wieprz restaurant - Michał Szcześniak - who shared his rich experience and presented dishes based on the highest quality ingredients.
The meeting began with presentations that introduced participants to both the rich history of Warsaw gastronomy and contemporary trends shaping the culinary scene of the capital. The event partners - the hosts of the Elixir Dom Wódki restaurant, presented a unique approach to combining excellent cuisine with high-quality alcohols. Then, in the workshop room, in an atmosphere of great fun, participants had the opportunity to prepare traditional dishes with a modern twist: delicious steak tartare, duck and pierogi.
At the end of the event, guests also had the chance to take part in a prize draw, which included invitations to visit Warsaw and discover its unique culinary and tourist offerings.
The workshop was an excellent opportunity to promote Warsaw internationally as a city with rich culinary traditions and a modern approach to gastronomy.
We would like to thank the workshop partner – Elixir Dom Wódki Restaurant – for their invaluable cooperation in organizing the event.
