Workshops in Dubai with Flydubai

On February 29, 2024, at the invitation of the Poznań Local Tourist Organization in cooperation with Flydubai, we had the opportunity, participate in workshops for travel agencies organized in Dubai. The main theme of the event was air connections with Poznań, Warsaw and Kraków and the related development of tourist potential.

We presented Warsaw as a tourist and MICE destination to the event guests. We held a number of interesting conversations, establishing new business relationships. Flydubai direct connections between Warsaw and Dubai have been available since October last year, which, as our interviewees noticed, has already had an impact on interest and an increase in inquiries regarding individual and group travel. Warsaw is associated very positively, as a city of many possibilities, with a central location in Europe, with an excellent hotel base and a high percentage of green areas.

The Warsaw Tourist Organisation was supported in talks with travel agencies by our member Mazurkas Travel, invited to participate in the workshops along with representatives of the tourism industry from Poznań and Kraków.
