Visit of American tour operators

On 8–9 March 2015, the Warsaw Tourism Organisation took part in organising a fam trip for a group of 10 people from the USA – 8 tour operators and 2 coordinators from the luxury travel segment. The fam trip included several cities in Europe: Krakow, Warsaw, Budapest, Bratislava and Prague. The main coordinator of the entire visit to Poland was Liberty Travel. The Warsaw Tourism Organisation undertook to co-organise the visit. WOT accompanied the guests during their stay in Warsaw, prepared welcome packs for the participants, gave a presentation on cyclical cultural and sports events and the most important places in the capital (due to the short duration of the participants' stay, it was the only opportunity to familiarise them with key topics related to Warsaw as a tourist destination) and co-organised a tour of Warsaw in yellow taxis WPT1313.
