Visit of the journalist «Meet and Travel Mag»

On March 10-12 Warsaw Convention Bureau hosted Mr. Michel Foraud, editor-in-chief of the French industry magazine «Meet and Travel Mag». The press tour is part of a press visit organised on the initiative of the Paris Centre of the Polish Tourist Organisation.

The journalist is focused on the MICE sector, so the program was planned with the presentation of event spaces in mind (POLIN Museum of the History of Polish Jews, Palace of Culture and Science), conference hotels (Indigo Warsaw, Raffles European, Bristol Warsaw, Marriott, Hilton, Mercure Warsaw Grand, Sofitel Warsaw Victoria, H15 Boutique, Sheraton Grand), tourist attractions and restaurants (Kieliszki na Hożej, Zoni). In addition, Mr. Foraud met with representatives of the Poland Convention Bureau and ST Meetings & Incentives.

The effect of the visit is to be publication a several-page report on the meetings industry in Poland, specifically in Warsaw, Łódź and Kraków. «Meet and Travel Mag» is a bimonthly magazine with a circulation of 6,100 copies devoted to the meetings industry.
